Above Icons is a faith-driven streetwear brand offering apparel, accessories, and related products. Our products may be made to order and fulfilled through third-party production and shipping partners.

2. Online Store Terms

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence, or that you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree not to use our products, website, or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You also agree not to interfere with the security, functionality, or operation of our website.

3. Product Information

We do our best to display product images, descriptions, colors, sizing, and details as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will show colors or details exactly as they appear in person.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and designs may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, reject orders, or cancel orders at our discretion.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Many Above Icons items are made to order and produced after checkout. Because of this, all sales are final once an order has been placed into production.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout, including size, color, item selection, quantity, and shipping address.

Wrong sizes, wrong colors, wrong items selected by the customer, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind are not eligible for refunds, returns, exchanges, or free replacements.

5. Orders, Payments, and Billing

When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, billing, and shipping information.

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes, shipping fees, and any other charges shown at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccurate product or pricing information, inventory issues, payment issues, or misuse of our website.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

6. Pricing and Errors

We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or contains incorrect information due to an error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the order. If payment has already been processed and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund for the canceled item.

7. Shipping

Each Above Icons item is made to order and produced after checkout.

Most black and white apparel items ship within 2 business days. Other colors, sizes, product types, or high-volume periods may take up to 7 business days to ship, depending on availability and fulfillment conditions.

Production time and shipping time are separate. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Above Icons is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, incorrect shipping information, customs delays, or other issues outside of our control once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns, Replacements, and Final Sale Policy

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final unless there is a production, fulfillment, or order error approved under our Return & Replacement Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production or fulfillment issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

Approved issues may be eligible for a replacement of the same item, size, and color.

We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or free replacements for wrong size, wrong color, wrong item selected, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or requests made outside the stated policy window.

9. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing your order before checkout.

This includes confirming:

Correct item
Correct size
Correct color
Correct quantity
Correct shipping address
Correct contact information

Above Icons is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or replacement costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

10. International Orders

International shipping may be available depending on the order and destination.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, tariffs, or additional charges required by their country. Above Icons is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, or international delivery conditions.

11. Promotions, Discounts, and Gift Cards

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, or limitations.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse promotions at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, discounts cannot be combined, applied retroactively, or redeemed for cash.

The purchase of a product does not grant you ownership rights in any Above Icons intellectual property.

Any third-party names, brands, trademarks, athletes, public figures, organizations, or cultural references mentioned or visually referenced on our website remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless clearly stated, Above Icons is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any third-party brand, athlete, celebrity, organization, or public figure.
